We allow cancellations within the first 24 hours of order placement on our website.
Beyond that, any products once purchased cannot be returned because they are all handmade and customised for you specially. We will help you fix things on a case by case basis.
All customised product orders will first be shared with you in the form of an image and then dispatched on the confirmation.
